Intermittent Fasting
I recently been to the doctor and my tests didn’t come back as good as they usually do, I am back doing intermittent fasting, I fast every day from 8pm to 12pm.
A few years ago I used to be very strict with my fasts but then I stopped and been eating a lot, I forgot how good fasting can make you feel.
It’s only been 1 week but I already start to feel some of the benefits like more energy and hunger to do things and set “goals”.
